摘要：物流金融是国内近年来逐渐兴起的一种新型物流增值服务，主要指金融和物流的整合与合作，是未来一个的发展方向，包括了商品融资、贸易融资、物流监管等等内容。本文通过对物流金融相关文献的梳理，对物流金融业务的定义、作用及运作模式进行总结，并以物流企业的风险管理为重点对象，其余主体为辅，分析物流金融的风险及相应的风险管理，以了解研究物流金融风险管理的现实意义。

Abstract：The logistics finance is a new type logistic value-added service which arises gradually at home in recent years. It mainly means the integration and cooperation between the finance and the logistics and is the future development direction including the commodity financing, trade financing, logistics supervision etc. Through combing the related logistics finance literatures, summarizing the definition, effect and operation mode of logistics finance transaction, separately regarding the risk management of the logistics enterprise and other main bodies as the key object and the supplementary, this paper analyzed the risk of logistics finance and the corresponding risk management, in order to understand the practical significance to research the risk management of the logistics finance.

　　本文通过对物流金融知识的梳理以及物流金融风险的认识和理解，以三大主体中的物流企业为主，其余两个主体为辅进行风险分析并提出相应的风险防范措施，希望对日后参与物流金融业务的物流金融主体，在风险管理以及风险防范方面有所帮助。
