摘要:文化贸易是国际贸易的重要组成部分,成为了国家间积极竞争的新领域。2012年是中国文化贸易承上启下迈步跨越的关键之年,社会各界对文化产业保持高度关注并充满期待。那么,如何建立与发达国家具有竞争优势的文化贸易,具备非常重要的现实意义。本论文借助于波特的“钻石模型”探究了我国文化贸易如何提升自身国际竞争力的问题。首先是对相关概念的定义进行阐述,其次,结合文化贸易的相关进出口数据,对中国文化贸易的发展特点以及现状进行概述,接着从六大方面进行竞争力的比较,对我国文化贸易国际竞争力进行全面分析,最后,则是从多方面提出具有可行意义的发展思路。

Abstract:Cultural trade is an important component of international trade, became a positive new areas of competition between States. By 2012, China is a crucial year for China’s cultural trade nexus move across the community, cultural industries remain highly concerned about it in the community and full of hope. So, how to establish the competitive culture of trade with the developed countries, have a very important practical significance. This paper with "the diamonds model" explores how to enhance their international competitiveness of China’s cultural trade issues. The first is the definition of the concept of the subject, and secondly, combined with the cultural trade related to import and export data, an overview of the characteristics of the development of China’s cultural trade as well as the status quo, and then from six competitive in international competition, China’s cultural trade force to conduct a comprehensive analysis, finally, it is in many ways with a viable development ideas.

文化贸易是国际贸易的新势力,不少发达国家把文化贸易作为其新兴的朝阳产业,竞相争艳,也有愈来愈多的发展中国家把文化贸易视为其国民经济新的增长点。我国文化贸易发展较快,文化出口额迅速增长,但文化体制落后,产品结构不合理,缺乏有竞争力的品牌产品竞争力和专业人才等很大问题,严重影响了我国文化贸易的效益和国际竞争力。针对这些问题,我国应完善文化政策和体制,重新调整产品结构,建立创新的品牌和完整的文化产业链,积极培养文化贸易人才,将文化贸易无形且深远的影响力展示世界,让世界真正认识和了解中国,让中国成为一个真正富强的国家。
