摘要：网络安全问题的根源就在网络空间具备日渐重要的经济作用、外交功用和军事战略意义。由于网络安全问题，美国的国家安全威胁的一般判断从而不断受到影响，国家安全战略已进入一个过渡时期。在中美关系之中，网络安全越来越被重视，并且已经对于经济、政治、军事与国家安全等各个方面都产生了重要的影响。在网络空间的差异和矛盾，中国和美国之间的主要体现在“互联网自由”和网络主权，网络管理，网络黑客和网络军备竞赛，是双方政治和军事利益争夺在网络空间方面的具体反映，并反作用于两国的总体国家关系。关键词：中美关系  网络空间  网络安全

Abstract:Increasingly important economic role in cyberspace, diplomatic functions and military strategic significance is the root causes of network security issues.Because of network security issues, the U.S. national security threat to the overall positive judgment has to be constantly affected, which makes the national security strategy have to enter the transition period. U.S.—China relations network security is worth more attention, and has a significant impact on all aspects of economic, political, military and national security.The PRC and US have differences and contradictions involved in cyberspace that are mainly reflected in the "Internet freedom" and the network's sovereignty, Internet governance and network hacker attacks and other aspects of the arms race, it is a specific reflection on political and military interests of the two sides competing for space in the network which reacts to the  relations between the two countries.
