摘要:本文探讨在旅行社的业务中,导游员是处于核心位置,但是目前社会对导游认同度较低,美誉度界定模糊,一方面导游职业不被公众看好的,另一方面导游从业者对导游职业亦没有认同感和归属感。近年来媒体不断曝光“黑导游”的丑闻,公众对导游员的看法逐渐趋向于悲观或是对峙,各种现象造成目前旅行社人才流失的问题严重。对这一问题,本文根据旅行社的发展现状和前景,针对旅行社的管理制度弊端提出旅行社人才流失的问题,进一步分析人才流失的原因,在国家、旅行社方面提出应对策略。从导游员的切实利益出发,为改善导游员的薪酬和保障导游员人身安全提出有效建议。

Abstract:In this paper, puts forward to guide society less esteemed, define the fuzzy reputation, on the one hand, the tour guide professional public good, on the other hand, the tour guide to the tour guide practitioners and no professional identity and belonging. In recent years the media constantly exposure "blak guide" scandal, the public tour guides' views tend to pessimistic or confrontation, various phenomena in the travel agency brain drain problem is serious. For this problem, this paper according to the current situation of the development of the travel agency and prospects, according to the management system of travel agency proposed disadvantages the problem of brain drain travel agency, further analyzing the reasons of the loss of talent, in the country, travel agency puts forward strategies. A guide from the start to the right, to improve the tour guides' salary and guarantee the Courier put forward effective personal safety advice.

探讨广之旅人才流失的问题对广之旅而言是非常必要的,对旅行社制度管理、人力资源管理具有重大的意义。导游人才缺失问题并非一朝一日能够解决的问题,这需要社会、政府、企业、媒体各方面的大力支持与配合。国家需要制定导游保障制度,广之旅需要完善制度,制定合理的薪酬制度,从根本上解决导游员的薪酬问题,用薪酬吸引人才,用奖励制度留住人才。
