摘要：随着我国旅游业的蓬勃发展，海洋旅游越来越受到关注，在江苏沿海开发的背景下，江苏滨海旅游获得了发展的重大机遇。在分析国内外滨海旅游发展研究现状之后，本文通过研究江苏滨海地区的资源、环境，以及滨海旅游开发SWOT分析，对江苏滨海旅游开发提出了战略选择和战略性开发措施，以充分利用江苏滨海旅游资源，加强人才建设，打出特色品牌，力争改变江苏滨海旅游的落后局面，实现江苏滨海旅游的可持续发展，促进江苏沿海三市经济、社会的和谐发展。

Abstract: With the vigorous development of tourism industry in our country,people is putting more attention to the ocean tourism.Under the background of Jiangsu littoral exploitation,the development of Jiangsu littoral tourism get a great chance.After analysing the research of the coastal tourism at home and abroad,this paper proposes the strategic option and measures to develop the Jiangsu coastal tourism by sutdying the resources and environment.Then the paper makes a SWOT analysis about Jiangsu coastal area.The aim of this paper is to try to change the backword situation of Jinagsu coastal tourism, to achieve the sustainable development of Jiangsu coastal tourism and to promote the harmonious development of the three cities in Jiangsu coastal area by making full use of the coastal tourism resource,cultivating human resource,setting a great brand.
