摘要：在全球“绿色浪潮”的推动下，环境保护意识在现代饭店的经营管理中得到了更多的体现。 环境保护意识在饭店业中的具体体现就是“绿色饭店”。上世纪90年代中期，国外绿色酒店的观念传入我国。但中国绿色饭店发展缓慢，很大一部分饭店的环境资源保护意识有待加强， 与此同时改善绿色饭店建设的大环境也是必要的。本文通过对现阶段绿色酒店在安全、健康以 及环保等方面的探究发现一些问题和不足，对于日后在节能环保模式下的绿色饭店的发展，可以在减少浪费，降低污染、创建绿色企业文化、倡导绿色消费，重视绿色沟通、营造绿色环境等方面提供一定的建设性意见。

Abstract:In the promotion of the global's "green wave".The consciousness of environmental protection in the modern hotel management are getting more reflect. In the middle  1990s, the concept of foreign green hotel was introduced into China. But the development of  China's green hotel is slow, some hotels' protection of environment and resources are weak, and improve the construction of green hotel environment is also imperative. The present through the aspects of safety, health, environmental protection and other aspects of the green hotel can find some problems and the insufficiency.In future the development of the green hotel , can provide some constructive suggestions about reduce the waste and pollution, creating the green enterprise culture, advocate green consumption, pay great attention to the green communication, build the green environment.
