摘要:本文以当前社会对秘书的认识偏差为研究线索,分别从三个社会公众、秘书自身、领导者、三个方面重点论述了社会对秘书角色的认知偏差的现状,如认为秘书是领导的化身、跟班奴才、小蜜、花瓶、自己人,秘书岗位不受尊重和易腐败等问题。客观分析了产生的原因:秘书自身素质的参差不齐和对工作缺乏全面的了解、社会价值取向的偏离和媒体的无知渲染。进一步根据实际给出了纠正的思路和对策:规范秘书上岗制度、健全国家制度体系、秘书要提高自身能力和综合素质、社会大众要正确地理解秘书岗位、各类媒体应传播正确的秘书岗位的信息。希望借助本文的论述,可以为人们破解这种认知偏差提供理论的参考和借鉴。
