摘要:本文结合目前复杂多变的经济金融形势，以及经济转型过程中政府、中小企业、金融机构、中介及担保公司等不同主体在体制改革、职能转换、市场定位、价值取向、经营管理中承担的责任、义务和由此引起的共同诉求和矛盾，采用了实证分析与比较研究方法，运用经济学的基本原理进行分析。正文分为三章，第一章主要阐述了我国中小企业融资困境的现状，第二章从中小企业内部、外部等方面着重分析融资困境的原因，第三章针对这些原因提出了解决中小企业融资困境的对策。最后，对本文所研究内容进行总结。

Abstract:This article based on the complex and changeable situation of the economy analyzed the obligations and duties of the government, the SMEs and the financial agent. By using the typically examples and basing on the Economics, it analyses the reason of the difficulty of financing of the SMEs.  This total of three chapters, the first chapter describes the reason of the difficulty of financing of the SMEs. The second chapter analysis of financing of the reasons for the plight of SMEs from the internal and external etc of SMEs financing. For these reasons the third chapter proposed the measures to solve the plight of SMEs financing. Finally, a chapter of this paper summarize the contents of the study.
