[摘要] 良好的人际关系对做好秘书工作有着重要的作用。良好的人际关系能提高秘书的工作效率，还可以促进秘书事业的发展。目前，秘书人际关系现状不乐观，人际交往还存在不少误区。不良的人际关系不但影响秘书的心情和思维，还会给工作带来不小的负面影响。通过秘书人际交往的现状，对现状中产生的原因和问题进行分析，提出完善人际关系的有效途径，从而形成良好的人际交往环境。

[Abstract]Good interpersonal relation plays a very important role in secretary work, And with good interpersonal relation, it raise effectiveness and quality of his/her work, even to improve his/her career. At the present time, secretary interpersonal relation is very poor, there are a lot of mistaken recognitions in  human communication. Poor interpersonal relation influences secretary’s mood and mind, and even brings about considerable negative influence over work. Through the current condition of human communication, and analyze the actuality and the problem of human communication, I want to suggest several efficient ways to improve interpersonal relation, thus cultivate fine environment for human communication.

　　当今社会，秘书的人际交往能力普遍提高，大多数秘书都是很善于人际交往，他们熟悉公关礼仪、交谈艺术，心胸宽广，拥有和谐的人际关系。良好的人际关系有效地促进工作的顺利完成。但是大大小小的现实同时也证明了目前秘书人际关系不容乐观。作为一名秘书，我们不仅要做好自身的本职工作，更要正确处理好人际方面工作。人际关系是一门很深的学问，现在自然也成为许多秘书工作者的烦心事，随着秘书工作者的重要性和复杂性增加，秘书人员在人际交往的方式和态度上也存在着不少问题与误区：
