摘要：运用文献法、电话询问法、调查问卷法等，对南京户外自行车俱乐部现状进行了调查研究，比较全面地掌握了南京市户外自行车运动发展的现状;找出影响南京市户外自行车推广普及的原因和自行车俱乐部的发展问题，并提出有针对性的策略和建议。研究结果表明:户外自行车运动是南京市人民比较喜爱的一项体育项目，它具有健身娱乐性强、环保无污染、老少皆宜等特点。目前南京市户外自行车运动正处于迅速发展阶段，虽然具有一定的群众基础，但是普及力度不大，俱乐部还是比较少，发展不够完善，这主要来自场地的限制、缺少政府主导与管理、比赛活动安排不多、缺少企业和政府的资助、安全得不到保证、缺少法律保护等，这些因素直接限制了户外自行车运动的进一步推广。针对南京市户外自行车运动现存问题，本文提出如下发展对策：建立健全组织管理机构，加强组织管理自行车俱乐部，加大宣传自行车骑行安全教育，举办各种比赛，加大企业和政府的资助等。

Abstract: The use of literature, telephone interviews, survey questionnaires, etc. Outdoor Bicycle Clubs in Nanjing was investigated, a more comprehensive grasp of the development of Nanjing, the status of outdoor cycling; find the impact of outdoor bike popularized in Nanjing causes and bicycle club development issues, and propose a targeted strategy and recommendations. The results show that: Nanjing People's outdoor cycling is a relatively popular sport, it has strong fitness and recreation, environmental protection and pollution-free, all ages and so on. Nanjing Outdoor cycling is currently in rapid development stage, although with a certain mass base, but the intensity is not universal, the club is still relatively small, development is not perfect, mainly from the site constraints, the lack of government leadership and management, competitions be no more, the lack of corporate and government funding, security can not be guaranteed, the lack of legal protection, these factors have directly limited the further promotion outdoor cycling. Nanjing outdoor cycling for the existing problems, this paper proposes the development of countermeasures as follows: To establish a sound organization and management, strengthen the organization and management of a bike club, bike riding safety education to increase publicity, holding various competitions, and increase corporate and government subsidies.
