摘要：官员财产申报与公示制度是反腐斗争强有力的武器，我们国家应当借鉴其它国家的官员财产申报与公示制度的做法，将官员财产申报与公示制度纳入法律的轨道，实施官员财产的申报、公示，并且对其过程进行有效监督，完善相关问责制。

Abstract:The plight and countermeasures of officials property declaration and publicity system in our country. 　　惩治腐败是一项艰巨复杂的任务，需要多方面的共同努力，推动多项措施的全面进行，需要政府下更大的决心和投入更多的努力。官员财产申报与公示制度对于中国社会未来的健康发展有重大意义，当前有一系列因素制约着这项制度的价值实现，这些问题需要在事件中逐一解决。我相信在不久的将来，官员财产申报与公示法一定会出台，到那时，我们的政府会更加清廉、办事会更加高效，我们的国家会更加繁荣昌盛。
