摘要:在大学生群体中，手机已成为一个具有较大覆盖面的传播媒体。手机作为一种信息终端与娱乐载体，给大学生带来便利的同时也引发了一系列问题。众多的专家与学者集中于大学生手机品牌的选择，手机套餐的选择，手机使用行为及后果的研究，但是缺乏对大学生课堂手机使用情况研究。本文首先查阅资料与参考文献，设计调查问卷，通过发放与回收调查问卷，了解大学生使用手机基本状况，课堂使用手机状况与态度和大学生使用手机的行为及心理。然后通过数据分析的方式本文得出在徐高校大学生课堂使用手机情况不容乐观，每天使用时间较长，学校缺乏对大学生使用手机的教育与条例规定，不少大学生有出现“手机依赖”等结论，并提出学校应加强课堂使用手机的教育，制定相关处罚规定与条例，学校定期组织大学生心理咨询，帮助大学生合理使用手机的相关措施。最后根据本次调查问卷的发放过程，提出一些调查与分析研究中存在的不足之处。

Abstract:In the student population, the mobile phone has become a media with large coverage areas. Phone as an information terminal and entertainment carrier, the convenience to the students but also led to a series of questions. Experts and scholars focus on students' choices of the mobile phone brands, options of phone packages, and research on mobile phone use behavior and consequences，but they pay less attention to college students using mobile phones in class. Firstly, this article design the questionnaire referring to the the data and reference documents. By issuing and recycling questionnaire, this article understands the basic state when college students using mobile phone, state and attitude when they using the mobile phone in class, and the behavior and psychology of college students using mobile phone. Secondly, by way of data analysis, the article concludes that the students from six  universities in Xuzhou using the mobile phone situation is not optimistic, they always use cellphones for a long time every day, the colleges lack education and regulations of students using mobile phone, many college students have appeared phone dependency and so on. This paper will also propose that the colleges should strengthen the education of using mobile phone in class, and formulate relevant punishment rules and regulations, the colleges also need to organize regularly psychological counseling of students, and help students use cellphones rationally. Finally, according to the questionnaire distribution process, this article will put forward some deficiencies existing in the research.
