摘要：伴随着全球产业形态调整的新浪潮，国际服务外包产业获得了高速发展。江阴作为首批“江苏省国际服务外包基地城市”， 服务外包产业发展迅速 ,总体规模不断扩大 ,但也存在很多问题。本文运用SWOT分析法对江阴发展国际服务外包产业进行战略分析，总结江阴承接服务外包的优劣势以及面临的机会与威胁，从而提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract: With the new wave of global industrial form of adjustment, the international service outsourcing industry was developing rapidly. Jiangyin as the first batch of "Jiangsu International Service Outsourcing Base City", the service outsourcing industry has developed rapidly, expanding the overall size, but there are also many problems. SWOT analysis of this paper, the development of international service outsourcing industry Jiangyin strategic analysis, summarized in Jiangyin advantages and disadvantages of undertaking service outsourcing face opportunities and threats and to propose appropriate countermeasures.

利用SWOT分析组合出的关于江阴承接服务外包产业发展的战略可以了解到服务外包工作不是就外包抓外包，而要把外包、外资、外贸等方面结合起来，既要在转变改进招商方式上下功夫，更要在优化服务发展环境上下功夫，在全市形成一个鼓励、支持服务外包发展的新格局。因此提出以下对策建议，促进江阴国际服务外包产业又好又快发展。
