摘要:外资进入我国旅游业, 将首先进入其熟悉的入境游领域,积极进入国内游的高端领域,并将国外成熟的旅游产品引入我国,开拓新的国内游市场领域,由于数量和各自业务扩展能力的限制,它们将回避那些利润低的中低端市场。因此,其对内资旅游企业的消极影响将主要是对人才的争夺,为了有效应对,政府、企业应当从竞争力提升、市场创新和市场环境等方面做出努力。

Abstract: Foreign-invested enterprises’ entry into China’s tourism industry will firstly come into inbound tourism market and actively explore the domestic high-end market. At the same time, the mature tourism products will be introduced to China by them to extend domestic tourism market. They will ignore the low –end and the mid-end markets which they can get less rewarding because of the limitation of their quantities and the ability to explore. Therefore , the main negative influence on Chinese tourism enterprises is talents scramble. In response, the government and the enterprises should make all efforts to promote competence, to encourage market innovation, to improve the market environment and etc.

改革开放20年来,中国旅游业高速发展,取得了世界瞩目的成就。如今,中国已加入WTO,在WTO的框架下,外资将不可避免地进入中国的旅游业市场,全面、深入地参与中国旅游业的市场竞争,这会产生什么影响?本土旅游业和政府如何应对这些影响?本文拟对这些问题作一初步探讨。
