摘要:个人理财业务具有批量大、风险低、业务范围广、经营收益稳定等优势,在金融机构发展中占据着重要位置。目前,随着我国经济持续快速的增长,居民财富迅速增加,理财意识增强,居民对金融服务的需求日趋多样化、综合化、复杂化。
云南省农村信用社作为云南省农村金融市场的主力军,其在农村经济建设中发挥了重要的作用,但在当前发展形势下,其管理模式粗放、经营产品单一、专业人士少等缺点严重制约了云南省农信社发展的步伐。随着2003年云南省农村信用社改革的不断深化,个人理财业务成为其业务创新的重要发展方向,个人理财市场也成为云南省农村信用社拓展中间业务、稳定客户资源、寻求新的利润增长点而急需开拓并维持的市场。
本文阐述了我国个人理财业务的发展现状和国外个人理财业务的发展现状,分析我国个人理财业务的发展情况、存在的问题和发展途径,介绍云南省农村信用社个人理财业务的发展现状。通过对云南省农村信用社个人理财业务的SWOT分析,全面、系统的分析了云南省农村信用社发展个人理财业务所具有的优势和面临的机遇,以及当前市场发展的劣势和威胁,并针对云南省农村信用社个人理财业务存在的问题提出对策建议。

ABSTRACT:Personal financial business has advantages of large volume, low risk, widely business, stable operating income and others. And it occupies an important position in the development of financial institutions. At present, as Chinese economic is growing sustainedly and rapidly, residents’ wealth is increasing rapidly, the residents’ financial awareness is increasing, residents' demand for financial services is becoming more diverse, comprehensive and complicated.
Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives as the mainstay of rural financial market in Yunnan Province has played an important role in the rural economic construction. But in the current development situation, the disadvatages of extensive management mode, single products, few professional seriously restrict the development of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives. As the deepening of the reform of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives since 2003, the personal financial business has become the important development direction of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperative business innovation. Personal finance market also has become the market in which the Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives need urgently to develop and maintain to develop intermediate business, stable customer resources, seek new profit growth point.
This paper states the present status of personal financial services at home and abroad, analysis Chinese development status, existing problems and the way of development then introduces the present status of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives personal financial business. Analysis the advantages and opportunities of personal financial business of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives development systematicly and comprehensively, as well as the current market development inferiority and threat through the Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperative personal financial business SWOT analysis. Finally, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions aiming at existing problems of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives personal financial business.

伴随着我国经济的快速发展和居民财富的增长,我国商业银行个人理财业务的销售规模快速增长,理财市场竞争加剧。根据现阶段国外商业银行个人理财业务的发展现状,我们通过分析可以得出这样的结论,个人理财业务将是商业银行未来利润增长的来源,国内商业银行看到了国外商业银行的发展前景,纷纷争先发展个人理财业务,外国商业银行也抓紧商机,在我国理财市场还不成熟时进入。
目前由于我国商业银行的个人理财业务发展还不成熟,理财市场竞争激烈,云南省农村信用社个人理财业务的发展前景堪忧,在此种背景和问题下,本文通过对云南省农村信用社个人理财业务发展过程中遇到的问题进行分析,并得出了以下结论:
1、我国居民财富增长、理财意识的增强促进了国内理财市场的活跃,增加了居民对理财产品和计划的需求。同时,云南省农村信用社由于存贷差的减少急需要寻找新的利润增长点,个人理财业务便成了较为合适的选择,在此种情况下,云南省农信社大力发展个人理财业务便成为当务之急。
2、个人理财业务的发展需要国家给与良好的外部环境以及商业银行自身的努力。云南省农信社需在国家健全监管制度和法律体系的环境下,自身通过不断创新理财产品,为客户提供个性化的产品和计划,提高服务质量等,满足居民的理财需要,促进个人理财业务的发展。
3、云南省农信社个人理财业务起歩较晚,经验不足,可以通过借鉴国外发达国家的成功经验,结合云南省实际加以利用,不断完善云南省农信社的个人理财业务。
4、云南省农信社应加强与其他机构合作促进自身个人理财业务的发展。通过与保险公司、证券公司、信托公司等的合作或者发展形成集团,协作共赢,促进产品的创新和业务的良好发展。
