摘要:随着社会的不断进步和经济全球化的发展,苏州市外资企业的规模不断扩大,与此同时,秘书的职业素质也受到越来越高的重视。调查对象分为三类,即苏州市外资企业的领导、秘书、其他职员,主要采用文献资料查阅法、问卷调查法和访谈法等调查方法。通过分析调查数据后发现:总体上苏州市外资企业秘书职业素质状况良好,但仍存在一些问题,如业务能力欠缺、心理素质不佳、道德修养水平低和专业知识结构不合理等。为加强苏州市外资企业秘书职业素质建设,需要从秘书和企业两个个方面共同努力:秘书人员应该通过自身努力提升职业素质、企业应该不断优化管理来加大对秘书职业素质培养,以此共同促进外资企业秘书人员职业素质的提升。

Abstract:Along with society's progress and the development of economic globalization, the scale of the Suzhou foreign capital enterprise is getting expanding.At the same time,the professional quality of the Suzhou foreign capital enterprise secretary has also been more and more high attention. Respondents are divided into three categories:the leadership of the Suzhou foreign capital enterprise,secretary and other staff,mainly using the method of literature review, questionnaire survey method,interview method and investigation method.By analyzing the survey data and found:Suzhou foreign capital enterprise secretary professional quality overall is in good condition,but there are still some problems,such as lacking of business skills,poor psychological quality,low level of moral cultivation,unreasonable professional knowledge structure,etc.To strengthen the construction of the Suzhou foreign capital enterprise secretary professional quality,the secretary personnel itself and the enterprise must make great efforts together:secretarial staff to raise their professional quality,company secretary shall through continuous optimization management to strengthen quality education,in order to promote foreign enterprise secretary personnel professional quality of ascension.

外资企业是指依法在我国境内设立的,对我国经济有巨大发展作用的,由中国投资者和外国投资者共同投资或仅有外国投资者投资的企业。随着市场经济体制的不断完善和经济全球化进程的快速推进,越来越多的外资企业得以建立,这尤其体现在我国长江三角洲一带的地区。苏州作为长江三角洲地区的核心城市之一,迎来了数量庞大的外资企业。
外资经济作为一种新型的经济发展模式,势必会对在外资企业中起着重大作用的秘书人员提出全新的、更高层次的工作要求,对其职业素质要求也越来越高。秘书职业素质的高低直接影响到外资企业的工作质量和效率。作为秘书人员,不仅要适时调整以往的工作思维与方式,还要努力刻苦学习,不断提高自身职业素质以满足外资企业对高素质人才的需求,以此来更好地为企业服务。目前有许多学者专家对秘书职业素质做出了探讨与研究,也取得了显著的成绩,给秘书人员应具备哪些职业素质以及如何培养良好的素质提供了参考,但是,由于研究方向较为宏观和宽泛,且细化到具体某一地区、行业以及不同性质的企业的研究尚且很少,需要我们年轻的学子更加努力。
