摘要:在当今经济全球一体化、市场需求多元化以及竞争日趋激烈的环境下,如何提高市场竞争力、盈利能力和适应市场的应变力,是每个企业必须面对的现实。
精益生产作为一种先进的生产方式,对提高目前中国制造业生产和管理水平,增强中国企业竞争力具有重要的现实意义。推行精益生产可以使企业在顾客满意度、品种柔性、生产效率、产品质量方面得到提高,同时成本降低、交货期缩短、员工士气等方面获得较大的提高。
S公司是一家中外合资的精密不锈钢制造企业,它的设备较为先进,而且已经获得ISO9001质量体系认证和ISO14001环境体系认证,应该说硬件还是不错的。但是随着客户需求不断变化,市场竞争的加剧等一些环境变化,公司的发展和壮大也遇到了一些阻力,这主要是在管理上还存在一些问题。
本文通过对国际上先进、成功的精益生产方式的学习、研究和总结,结合S公司目前的现状以及S公司所在行业的实际情况,分析原因,提出了一个SQDC(现场管理、质量管理、交货期管理、成本管理)的精益生产模式,并相应的采取了6S、目视管理、全面质量管理、全员生产维护、生产计划与控制、生产线平衡、生产标准化准时化等措施,将精益生产溶入企业的管理体系,改变管理思路,提高管理水平。为精密不锈钢制造业,乃至冶金冷轧行业,探索一个精益生产模式,为精益生产在该行业推行摸索一条应用之路。

Abstract:Under the condition of globalization economic, muti-demand and fiercely competitive Environment, it is necessary for every company to face the reality of searching a way to improve the competitiveness, payoff competence and adaptation to the changing market.
Lean production, as an advanced production manner, has important realistic meaning for improving manufacturing's production and management level of China at present, and swelling competitive ability of Chinese enterprise. The implementation of Lean Production can increase and improve the performance manifold on customer satisfaction, types flexibility, productivity, quality, can lower cost and increase morale of the staff, etc.
S corporation is a joint venture Manufacturing Enterprise of Precision Stainless Steel. Its equipments are advanced comparatively, and it has gained ISO9001 Quality System Certification and ISO14001 Environment System Certification. But with the change continuously of demands of customers, The corporation had met some resistance on development, because its management had some problems.
This thesis investigates, studies and summarizes the advanced and successful lean production systems in the world, and combining the actuality of production of S corporation and its related industry, analyses the reason, brings forward a lean production mode-SQDC (Spot Management, Quality Management, Delivery date Management, Cost Management). Corresponds to adopt the measures of 6S, Visual Management, Total Quality Management, Total Production Maintenance, Manufacture plan and control, Line balancing, Manufacture Standardization and Just in time etc. incorporates the lean production method into the management system of enterprise and tried to change the management philosophy and improve the management level. To search a lean production mode for the manufacturing enterprises of precision stainless steel and cold rolling Industry. To explore a way of application to push lean production for the industry.
